FOR THE FILLING:

  • i ½ii Lbs. Ground Beefiness
  • ½ Cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • 4 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • ane Pkg Frozen mixed veggies (Corn, Carrots and Light-green Beans)
  • ii Tablespoons Flour (I utilise Bob Mills)
  • one ½ Cups Beef stock or broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • iv6 Ounces Cheese, freshly grated (I use cheddar)
  • Mashed potatoes (Between 1 ½ – 2 lbs)

  1. Plough the broiler on to 500 ° F.
  2. Add the oil to a large skillet and when hot, add the onion and sauté until it becomes translucent (near 4-5 min). Season with common salt and pepper.  Keep the flame on low so the onion doesn't brown.
